Savannah is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Savannah is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I am so amazed! It's been years. But, I havent found such a thorough, kind, helpful, compassionate clinic as this that informs/seeks all options for patients. And follows up. The volume of people that you see on a daily basis is awesome! You genuinely care! Amazing! I thank God for you and the work that you do for the communities. Keep up your fine workπŸ€©πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’–

Ive been going to this office a while because its affordable. My doctors are pretty alright. But the front desk staff, most nurses and other staff are absolutely awful. The front desk has no empathy, no patience. Only concerned with getting you in and out of the door as fast as possible. I came in recently having to do a walk in and ended up being diagnosed with covid, but only vaugely explained what was wrong because they already werent listening and were interupting me the whole time. I had to wait an hour and a half to see the doctor, and when it was time for me to check in they told me to wait in line to be called, even though there was no line, no one ahead of me, and 2 front desk staff who were completely free and just chit chatting with each other. Getting on the phone for anything is even worse. It dosent even matter which department im calling. Even less patience. They talk super fast, interupt you even more frequently and take any excuse to transfer or hang up your call even though I hadnt finished explaining my issue. And im already waiting around 30 mins to an hour to even speak to a real person. This place needs a complete reset. There are other locations that are te

I'd only give one star for being able to see me as a walk-in today. I called before I came stating that I was having severe neck pain that started on Saturday. The only test that was done was a urine sample, which come to find out on the app was run for a pregnancy test even though I haven't been active in almost a year. They listed the appointment reason as congestion even though I stated I have no fever, no congestion, but am having a pain in my neck, trouble swallowing, moving my head, and now my face is swollen. I visited urgent care YESTERDAY who actually swabbed my throat and determined no strep. Including the fact that they listed the reason for visiting as something completely different and not at all what I mentioned (I even asked during the appointment to have this corrected and was rudely told that's what I said when I very clearly did not), they also made up parts of their report. They duplicated a depression screening I reported 6 months ago using the exact same verbiage, noted my pain level as a 4 when I was NEVER asked and would have said an 8 minimum, and noted that they discussed family planning and birth control with me. Again, things that were never discussed and

From your first visit, double ask how much they are charging and ask to see your account after payment. I was given a self pay amount when I setup the initial appointment and paid what was told at all three of my appointments. It wasn’t until my last appointment when I saw a balance on my account that I was never told about, nor sent invoices for. I was told to call billing. I called them in February to question the charges and was told they will call me back. I called again in April and was told they will investigate but the lady explained they offer a rate per income which I was never told about. I would have just kept shopping because I like to know what I’m paying since I’m self pay (understanding additional costs do arise when labs are done or anything extra from what I initially discussed) anyway, I explained the simple service I was getting and nothing more so no additional costs should have been there. I asked for invoices with codes. They make you drive from Effingham to their office in savannah to obtain those invoices and pay $5 each. We did that. After reviewing the codes (thanks Google) I’m seeing there are codes that are not applicable to services rendered so I
